Pravdepodobne sme u Rakusanov dolietali, teda aspon co sa tyka volneho lietania. NA oficialnych sutaziach este budu akceptovat IPPI kartu. Inak iba pilotnu licenciu vydanu v Rakusku, Svajciarsku, alebo Nemecku.

But, here you have an unofficial translation of our law, which will come into force on 01 OCT 2013:

„Guest Flight Provisions (Attention! No official translation!)

§ 132a. (1) If no international agreement exists, the Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology is, with respect to public interests of safety of aviation, entitled to regulate that

1. aircraft registered in specified states, can be piloted by civil air crew (§ 25), if holding a valid licence issued in specified states, within Austrian territory without validation under the terms of § 18 and § 40 or

2. parachutes respectively hang gliders and paragliders, allowed to use within Austrian territory, can be piloted by cicil air crew, if holding a valid licence issued in specified states, without validation under the terms of § 18 and § 40.

The provision in § 41 respectively the requirement of a valid insurance under the terms of § 164 or Regulation (EG) No. 785/2004 have no effect.

(2) The regulation according to (1) only can be issued, if the requirements under the terms of § 18 (2) Z 1 and § 40 (2) Z 1 are fulfilled.

Well, the regulation mentioned in § 132a is currently “under construction”. And our ministry of transport told me, they’d like to see the official authorization of foreign organizations, to issue licences on a legal basis!

WHAT WE NEED TO LEGALIZE FOREIGN LICENCES, IS:

“A COPY OR SAMPLE OF A HUNGARIAN “HANG GLIDER / PARAGLIDER PILOT LICENCE”

AND/OR

"A PAPER (OR TRANSLATED LAW) TRACES THAT THE ISSUING ORGANISATION IS AUTHORIZED BY THEIR GOVERNMENT TO DO THAT!"

Edo z nič si z toho nerob v 50 si nebudeš pamätať že taký príspevok bol a máš pokoj, nič nemusíš hľadať

Na FAI serveri sa píše o problémoch s IPPI kartami. Že asi CZ a iné budu akceptované ale o SVK nie je ani zmienka.
